There was a local story about how that kid and his family allegedly have a history of suing people to make money and generally be a PITA. Not that it makes the privacy issue any less legitimate, but... I think he's an asshole.

My favorite aspect of this story was the student saying that the photos "proving" he was involved with drugs were actually him eating Mike & Ike's. They're so colorful and capsule-like! I could see those being drugs...like in a 70s Hanna-Barbera cartoon.

hah. not too long ago i was involved in the opposite discussion - is it really a good idea to encourage kids to eat things that look like this?
