I'd suggest eating lots and lots of salad, lots and lots of eggs, fish, chicken, and a few non-starchy veggies. They're good for you, you can't gain weight on eating them, and perhaps it'll help balance you out. Just eating that alone I've lost 6 pounds. It's far better than "not eating". You must eat. I cannot stress this enough. You must... it's all that's keeping you alive and healthy. *hugs* Please... take care of yourself.
Something I do now is keep a very well laden fruit bowl by the PC, though I do also understand that when you're feeling low it's easier to reach for 'comfort' foods than anything else... However if you can make a habit out of fruit then it really does help.
