Last year, I tried to find/read a creepy short story & in the public domain but I couldn't find anything I liked so instead...

Nobody ever read me The Hobbit when I was a kid. I read it when I was in my 20s! But I never read it aloud, I found that Bungo is the funnest word to say. If I had a bunny I'd call it Bungo! :-D I hope you like it or at least don't hate it. I do sound distracted when I start, but it gets better.
Sorry your treat is so late, but I I recorded this early in January before I went to see the movie when you were posting about how much you liked The Hobbit movie.
