"BELLA?"

Edward's soft voice came from behind me. I turned to see him spring lightly up the porch steps, his hair windblown from running. He pulled me into his arms at once, just like he had in the parking lot, and kissed me again.

This kiss frightened me. There was too much tension, too strong an edge to the way his lips crushed mine-like he was ( Read more... )

I'm SO excited that Eclipse is coming out in August instead of October =D!

I'm not sure if I'd seen that one before, thanks for sharing =).

Someones made a trailer for Eclipse =D. That user has a couple other Twilight videos, too. They're all good, but she uses that Gaspard for Edward... I'm warming up to him, but I thought I'd warn you in case you aren't.

I was far more excited about the August release date than any sane person should have been.

Ooh, that trailer was great! I loved that she used music that was used in Queen of the Damned. I have a soft spot for that horribly cheesey movie :)

Thanks for the non-Henry warning. Fortunately, I'm still able to enjoy videos that use actors other than Henry and Emily. While Henry will always be my Edward, I'm not completely against the thought of anyone else playing him. I'm not 'anti' anyone, except for maybe Hayden or Orlando. In the same way, I'm a complete and total Edward fanatic, but I'm not 'anti' Jacob.

I wish I could find another novel/series I could get into as much as this one. I haven't ready anything since that's even come close, and I read A LOT.

I know what you mean, I read these back in October/November and I still think about them daily... I'm even making a new Twilight layout right now! I've been reading that Lady of the Forest book, and I'm in the middle of a bunch of others, but nothing comes close. The more obsessed I get the more nervous I am for the movies. I know they won't be as good as the books, they couldn't possibly... but my hopes are already so high... I really need to keep telling myself that they will suck, that way I will at least enjoy them =P.

Lady of the Forest by Jennifer Roberson? The Robin Hood novel? It's pretty good, but you're right, it doesn't come close to Twilight. Nothing does. However, as I've mentioned a thousand times before, Daughter of the Forest by Juliet Marillier is one of my other favorites. It doesn't grab you immediately, but the story turns out beautifully.

I do the same thing in telling myself the movies will suck. If my hopes are low then I figure I can only be pleasantly surprised. But let's be honest, we're both really really hoping they're amazing ;o)

*points to icon* Is this blended OK? Weird question, I know, but my monitor has been acting up and is really dark, so I had a really hard time blending the background and am worried it's showing all kinds of choppyness I can't see.
