About last night

I'm sitting here at work, with a major headache. I drank more than necessary last night. I just wanted a few drinks, but I went beyond that. Now I'm paying for it. I'm debating if I should stay and wait for my appointments or go pick up some food. All I have in my stomach are margaritas, a cup of coffee, and two pieces of toast. The pictures
