This is just a reminder that if you aren't doing anything on Independence Day, I am grilling.  Starting at 2pm, eating at 4pm.

Yes. That is the only way to make sure it is done... if it is solid carbon.

I really want to stop by, but it depends on what my sister is doing on the 4th. If I do stop by, I will have already eaten.
