How much time are you willing to invest in this community? It depends on what activities are presented here. Though I don't have hours a day to devote to this, it would be a fair amount of time.

PART 1 - Canon

1. Have you read all the books? Of course. I own them all and have read them each numerous times.

2. Give us your personal interpretation of each Hogwarts house (in
terms of atmosphere, mentality, intra-house relationships et cetera -
these are just a few examples). I believe that Gryffindors are the hero type, they are brave and determined and still intelligent. I think that in general, they tend to get along quite well with others in their house, and those outside of their house, with the exception of Slytherins. They sometimes bend the rules if it will benefit the greater good, but they aren't really 'rebels without a cause'. They have a strong moral code, or sense of right and wrong. They base decisions more on feeling than logic. Slytherins tend to keep to themselves more, preferring to interact with those of their own house, but not really befriend them. They are intelligent and sneaky. They see themselves as superior to those in other houses. They make choices based on themselves, so they may come across as quite selfish. Their decisions are made carefully, choosing to further themselves. Wealth and status are important. Hufflepuffs are extremely friendly and trustworthy and will make friends with people from all of the houses. They are not of extreme intelligence, but they are not daft either. They are humble and loyal. They work hard and play within the boundaries. Ravenclaws are of high intelligence. They associate with those from other houses quite easily. They are excellent students and hardworking individuals. They tend to enjoy activities that require thinking and logic. When faced with a decision they rarely go with a gut instinct, prefering to analyze and rationalize.

3. What would be your favourite flavour of Bertie Bott’s Every
Flavour Beans and why (note: as the name implies, all possible flavours
exist)? Lasagna would be my favorite because it's my favorite food. My mom makes great lasagna and I could taste it even when I was away from home. It would cure any homesickness. Otherwise I would like mashed potatoes because it is sort of a comfort food for me. Though on second thought, those in a jelly bean sound kind of disgusting. Oh well.

4. If you were on your House’s Quidditch Team, which position would
you preferably play and why? I would be a Beater, because I get very physical when it comes to sports and love to let out my agression in that way. Also, I don't possess the agility or speed that the other positions would require.

5. (Optional) What HP conspiracy theory do you hold true unless it
is textually proven otherwise? (i.e. Snape is a vampire, Ron is
Dumbledore, etc. -there are loads of these theories. Feel free to contribute
your own)? I just read one that Petunia got rejected by Sirius Black...and I really liked that one! It's so farfetched that it is believable. And it would actually make sense...WAIT! It would make more sense if she was rejected by James. Because she always talks about that 'foul boy' and she sounds really resentful of him. That would explain her distaste for the entire wizarding world. She would want to rid herself of anything that has to do with it. And that would explain why she dislikes Harry so much, since he is so much like James. Wow.

6. (Optional. If you can't answer #5, make sure you answer this
one.) What is your favorite book aside from HP and why? I'm going to answer it anyway, To Kill a Mockingbird. It is my favorite because it shows the innocence of childhood and the harsh reality that the world isn't always perfect, and the people you thought were really good people can be knocked of their pedestal. Jem and Scout see their world with blinders on, people may annoy them from time to time, but they assume everyone they know is a good person. But when the trial comes, they find out that people can be bigots and hypocrites. It's a harsh realization to come to for young children. Plus the book is just so well written.

7. What would your Room of Requirement look like? Apart from looking exactly like Hagrid's hut, it would resemble the inside of Barnes and Noble, because I love to read, and it would have pictures of good looking boys (like Ron Weasley) on the walls. There would also be an endless supply of Starbucks coffee and chocolate chip cookies. Comfortable couches and a huge television.

8. Describe your wand and tell us why you picked that design. It would be made of a very hard and long lasting wood (I don't know any off the top of my head). It would have a unicorn hair in it because unicorns are pure and beautiful and the most respected creature in the wizarding world. Unicorns are also very powerful, so hopefully that would exemplify itsself in the wand. It would be about 8 inches long so that I could be discreet while carrying it.

What's Your Personality Type?

10. Who is your role model and why? My role model is Condoleeza Rice. She is a powerful woman who doesn't let adversity stop her from making a huge difference. She really can get through to people and get them to work with her well. She has a lot of courage to work with a lot of intimidating men. She is a minority figure who people really respect and it took a lot of hard work to get there. She stands up for her beliefs and values no matter what, and I find that to be extremely respectable.

11. What would you like to have accomplished at the end of your
life? I would like to make a big enough impact to at least one person that they remember me positively. I don't want to be forgotten. I want to make people remember me for doing something great. I don't even know what that could be yet. I also want to travel the world. I'm going to Prague and possibly in the fall and I hope to eventually travel to France, Italy, Greece and China. I would also like to find the one person whom I know I am truly supposed to be with, the person whom I love more than anyone else and settle down and start a happy family with him.

12. Would you sooner commit a crime against your kin or your
countrymen? I'd sooner commit a crime on my countrymen. My family is very important and close to me. But I guess it's hard to say, because if my family was doing something that I know is wrong, I wouldn't let them get away with it just because they were my family. That's a tough question. It sort of depends on the crime and why I would feel the need to commit it. I don't think I would commit a crime just for the heck of it.

13. What would your animagus be and why? My animagus would be a phoenix. That way, if I were in a dangerous situation, I could use my healing tears to heal those around me. Fawkes was able to help Harry out of a few difficult situations, so I would want to be able to do that as well. People see a phoenix as sort of mystical and mysterious in a way. They are very helpful creatures though they aren't especially large. Also they are very loyal to their owners.

14. What would your patronus be and why? My patronus would be a dolphin. They are beautiful and graceful, yet intelligent, agile, and quick. A dolphin could make an art of getting rid of dementors. Also they seem to bring a sense of calm and peacefulness, which is something I would like to have in the event of a dementor attack.

15. What career would you consider if you were indeed part of the
wizarding world and why? I would want to be an Auror. It is a thrilling job where practical magic is often used. Also, it directly benefits wizard-kind. I can't stand sitting in an office all day. Being an Auror would allow me lots of chances to fight for a good cause. My values would be protected by this career as well, and fighting the Dark Arts is noble and just. If I eventually were too old to continue with that, I think I'd like to be a teacher at Hogwarts because that is kind of what I want to do in the real world.
