I'm not always good at following to-do lists but I love to make lists. shopping lists, to do lists, whatever.

and the more specific I make them, the easier they are to keep on. since if it's just like 'clean' I go D: and sit on my ass feeling bad about how I'm not cleaning. but if I go 'okay I'm gonna spend 10 minutes gathering all the dirty clothes together' I don't have to feel overwelmed, since even if I don't finish, i've got 10 minutes of work done.

to-do.lists really helped me through this move and just generally in stressful time. Nothing feels better than completing tasks and being able to check them on a list some days :)

I am a glutton for lists haha they help me organize my mind. and I only like hand-writting them. typing them up just doesn't have the same feel :(

i'm good with lists but not with schedules. i make thousands of them, but never use them. blah.

i actually set my timer and did 15 min of cleaning today. i'm so proud of myself >.< and it's only taken me what, three weeks of reading flylady to actually use some of it? lol
