I just don't get Valentine's Day. I mean like yeah it is an excuse to go do something nice with a special someone if you have them, but it is just a made up day. also I agree with you about V-day. Shouldn't we treat our loved ones really nice ALL the time as opposed to just ONE DAY OF THE YEAR ?

i think its just the day of the year for assholes to redeem themselves to their significant others.

you could use the "shouldn't you be giving every day, not just christmas?" or "shouldn't you be thankful everyday, not just thanksgiving?" to debunk basically every holiday.

i guess holidays let people very specially celebrate stuff that's part of their everyday lives. i can get down with that.
