I did not get the assistant manager position at my store because of shitty company politics. My years with the company, dedication, and countless hours that I have put in have ammounted to nothing. The girl who got the position does deserve it, no doubt, but the fact I am stll making the same $8.75 that I was making when I became 3rd Key 4 YEARS
