Prompting Post

PROMPTING IS CLOSED
I've decided to open prompting a little early, because I'm impatient like that and I might not be around for all of tomorrow to answer questions.  And besides, it's already the fifth in Australia, so.

Without further ado, welcome to the prompting post for luna_romance!

To submit a prompt, comment to this post with the following form filled out:

Prompt:
Pairing:
Additional notes/ideas:

The prompt can be anything.  Scenario-type prompts are the most fun, I think, but if you want to provide a quote, a snippet from lyrics, a song or piece of music, an image, or almost anything else, then you can definitely do that.  If you're using a song or piece of music, kindly link directly to a place where it can be listened to (see example two).

The pairing, obviously, refers to the romantic relationship you want there to be in the story - Luna/Ginny, Luna/Draco, Luna/Rolf, et cetera.  If you don't have a preference as to the pairing, you may write some variation of "Any", or you can provide more than one couple for the writer to choose from (i.e. "Luna/Theodore or Luna/Draco").  If your prompt involves infidelity, polyamory, multiple relationships, et cetera, list all the pairings you want to see (i.e. Luna/Ginny and Luna/Harry).  Threesomes and moresomes are allowed.

Additional notes/ideas can be any suggestions about the prompt that you don't specify in the prompt itself - i.e. "This could take place while they're at Hogwarts", "I'd like to see lots of humour", et cetera.  Authors are not required to pay attention to these notes - they are suggestions and only suggestions.

Examples of what your prompts should essentially look like:

Prompt: Luna and a group of her friends go on a holiday to hunt for Crumple-Horned Snorkacks.
Pairing: Luna/Neville, Luna/Harry or Luna/Ron
Additional notes/ideas: Ginny playing matchmaker, everyone sharing a tent while they're hunting, maybe side romances between some of the other people on the trip.

Prompt: Tears from the Moon by Lunascape
Pairing: Luna/Draco
Additional notes/ideas: Something taking place in HBP or DH

Prompt: Boys are good, but girls know what other girls want.
Pairing: Hermione/Luna/Ginny
Additional notes/ideas: None

Prompt: Luna's marriage to Rolf is little more than a friendship and work partnership - they don't love each other and have never pretended to.  So Luna really shouldn't feel guilty about falling in love with someone else.
Pairing: Luna/Rolf and Luna/anyone
Additional notes/ideas: Lots of angst, character studies.
