I just spent the past hour or so reading about the great Martin Luther King Jr. and watching not only his "I Have a Dream" speech but also a few other civil rights videos. amen to that. well, on behalf of my blackness, i recognize that you're black, and that having been said, don't every worry about being black "enough."

it used to piss me off to no end when people would say things like "you're the whitest black girl ever." People don't fully realize how stupid and insensitive it is. Good thing they aren't in my life anymore :-)
