The disappearance of his chest hair is one of the primary things that they'd lost that need to be brought back by the reset. Blow up a hydrogen bomb if you have to.
I really do love the way they thread season premieres and finales, especially, together. Like the unknown person playing a record and getting ready for their day (Des, Jules, Dr. Cheng).
Jack X is going to remember. Just watch. It's going to be great. :)
Locke/Jack: incredibly moving. What nice people they are, when the forces of darkness aren't causing each to drive the other to suicide.
Jack laid his magic hands on Sayid, hence is not being dead anymore.
Sawyer's grief looks and sounds a great deal like constipation.
Terrible FX, but Smokey was put to good use at least. The follow-up of "Locke" apologizing to Ben: "I'm sorry you had to see me like that," was priceless.
Poor Richard. I worry about his future. I really do.

but what made me laugh the most was
And where did that cut on his neck come from? Probably from shaving off the chest hair that he had when he left Sydney. Boo.

Locke and Jack had a chance to throw around philosophical themes without popping veins in each others' faces. It was beautiful to watch.
I don't think you have to worry about Richard. He didn't last this long for nothing.
