I think the problem is that too many people compare her to Tarja or then the guys have given her the wrong songs to sing. I think her voice is pretty, though I still prefer Tarja :/
But I'm really horrible at judging female vocalists so don't listen to me :D

Obviously she is different from Tarja - no, she doesn't have an operatic voice, no, she has been singing soul and jazz-styled stuff at the institute whereas Tarja had a completely classical training.. I still think she does that song so much better than Tarja (or then the sound technicians like her more :D) + she doesn't have the whole Ice Queen-thing about her, meaning I feel more when listening to that rendition than Tarja's cold, somehow not-so-human voice ^_^

Then again I do prefer Tarja in a lot of songs, I just fangirl Tuomas too much to complain about the choice he's made about the new singer :D

I finally got my new VisaElectron this week. It's plain black this time, and wonderfully lacking in the Swedish pop singer department. ^^
