Yep, Valda found Claudia - and everything's about to go downhill for her now.

Maybe, maybe not. I'm not going to tell who Audrey's Guardian is yet! ;)

Keep on the alert - I'm hoping to update the story soon!

I second that 'GAH!' Such a good chapter...I don't even know where to begin. I think the best part is the interactions between Duke and Claudia (so sad, and very much in character for the both of them) And then there's that wonderful yet oh-so-painful cliffhanger. Looking forward to the next chapter! On a sidenote, I would just like to say that this is one of the best crossovers I've read, as you've seamlessly integrated the shows...linking mythology and characters. Many times I am wary of crossovers, as they tend to be...forced. This is not the case with 'Guardian'--EXCELLENT WORK!

I'm glad you liked the Duke and Claudia interactions - I thought they had a lot in common, both being slightly rough around the edges (Duke more so than Claudia) and with having fates they wanted to avoid. While Audrey seems to be fond of Claudia, I think Duke's the person in Haven who's made the strongest connection with Claudia.

I'm glad you think the crossover works so well - it's always nice to get a compliment on my writing, since I hope to do it professionally someday. I'm glad you think the characters merge so well, since I didn't want to focus on one show too much. Claudia's the link that connects them all together since this is her story, but I've tried to make sure Audrey, Nathan and Duke all get some pretty good time in the fic.

I think you did a really great job of coneying that...they're shared dislike of what the future will bring. *Sigh* Poor Duke and Claud!

It is an excellent blend of the two shows. I don't think there's an imbalance in terms of which show gets more attention...very nice.

That's cool that you want to write professionaly! I have a friend who wants to be a writer. She'll occasionally bounce ideas off of me and ask for imput and plot points...though I must say, I'm not really too good with words and such, so I can't help much with the writing. But to make up for my inability to write, I try to be supportive of those who DO...so hopefully you find these comments encouraging!
