well, most of us lost 4 pounds.
one lady didn't gain or lose.
one gained two pounds.
but the winner lost 6 pounds and it wasn't me.
eh, i lost 4 pounds, that's cool.
i have to try and stay on the healthy side of things this holiday season.
it's a good way to start.

Just a tip:
Enjoy food without guilt! Eat as healthy as you can on the day to day. However, when you go out some where enjoy the unhealthy food as well! The actuall holiday meal isn't horrible for you. It is all the meals before and after. If you make sure to eat lots of veggies and fruits every day then eat all you want on the actual holiday.
I should know. I have been a real jerk more than once during the holiday meal. No one likes a picky eatter or a nutrition lecture at Thanksgiving.
