But if you're worried about your health, the best thing to do is take exercise; not with a view to losing weight, because weight in and of itself is not very important to health, but with a view to increasing your overall fitness, which is important to health. If you eat enough, you can still gain if you take good and regular exercise. You'll feel better, too.
