I got a haircut. Since this is the first time in 12 years that scissors have been applied to my hair, it's a big enough deal that I'm posting about it all over social media.

I like it! From the front you still look like you. From the back you look a whole lot more like Louise than you used to. Although I guess hers is quite a bit longer than that now.

No, I never had it trimmed. I had terrible split ends but the good fortune to have hair that still looked decent when recently washed and brushed.
