I love how Kise's so judgmental towards Kuroko at first, HELLO PARALLELS TO CANON. And was that bantering also flirting or am I reading too much into it???
"Just because it looks plain on the outside doesn't mean it isn't tasty. Isn't that right, Asa-tan?" HELP I'M GONNA DIIIIE RIPPING MY PILLOW TO SHREDS OH MAN COME OOOON and then "For all you know, I could be the one thinking about eating you." BRB HEART. FUCKING. PALPITATIONS.
I'm also loving the insertion of humor despite the kidnapping, though! USELESS KISE AND NOT-COMPLIMENTS FROM KUROKO, HAHAHA, I SEE WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT YOUR INNER S COMING OUT. ≖‿≖ And oh my god aomine WANNA DO IT you're not good for my fangirlish heart AT ALL
help I'm dead and it's your fault ・㉨・

loool I wanted to make Kise even more judgmental but then I didn't know what to do so he was more of a perv instead akljfhdkja CONTROL YOURSELF, KISE.
I think I tend to fall back on either dry or dark humor to prevent a ~serious~ scene from being cheesy/predictable/cliche...
So I will just take it that my Kise (and KiseKuro hints~) didn't disappoint akjfhkda.

I really hope you don’t mind a long and pointless review because I like to babble A LOT (Does lj have a word limit? Well, I’ll find out.)Anyways I absolutely love Aomine/Kuroko/Kise (partly your fault-not that I mind) and AUs so this is just perfect. I also adore your writing style and the plot is beyond interesting. You also keep in character so very well ( ... )

I will gladly take ALL THE BLAME for dragging people into AoKuroKise OT3. \:D/
You're right in picking up on Kise's attitude towards Kaori and his whole supernatural background -- it was kind of just sprung on him in high school, so rather than growing up with it he's had to learn how to work around it. He's naturally adaptive so it's not too bad -- this is actually a point I had to rewrite a bit, trying to portray Kise's feelings and reactions correctly. At first he was a lot more outwardly bothered by his talk with Kuroko discussing age and such, but when it comes to Kise I think it's a mistake to always take him at face value. Case in point, as you've observed, as much as Kise blusters over Kaori he doesn't truly resent her. A lot of his exasperation is for show, or out of habit. Similarly, while he's apprehensive about his heritage and what it means, that's mainly out of lack of experience; once he gets the hang of something, he's good. So some things bother him (the ( ... )

Also, I totally agree that Kise's two moms are hilarious and I love your Momoi *_* (Kise and Kuroko and Aomine are great too, but so few people seem to write Momoi that it's extra special when someone does an awesome job with her)

Momoi is adorable. ♥ I do understand why people tend to pass over her given her small role in a shounen series rife with BL possibilities, though the outright haters can take a hike. And while I think her crush on Kuroko is cute, it's her friendship with Aomine that I really love. Thank god for Momoi, because without her Aomine would have been so much worse off.
