This is regarding Gay/Lesbian relationships/marriage and whether or not it is a Sin. Thanks for posting this. I personally don't believe in banning gay marriage. Love is a beautiful thing. I believe in love between two consenting adults no matter what gender they are. When there are so many wrongs in the world I don't understand the need to speak against something that isn't harming anyone. Everyone has a right to his or her own beliefs but no one has the right to make someone feel bad for being who they are.

Christ taught acceptance, tolerance, and love. Many of the things taught in the Bible came from problems that were central to the time that the Bible was written in. The Bible also taught that slavery was acceptable, and I'd be happy to go grab the quote where it basically states that even as a slave you should be happy, knowing that you are free because Christ died for your sins. Some men had multiple wives, and this too was okay. At what point do we look at the Bible as outdated, since many of the concepts cannot be applied to our modern society (such as the manner of dress)? I'm not saying that the Bible is wrong, but it's more than 1,000 years old and some of the things it taught are getting cast off because of modern society and even more of it is being used to persecute and judge people for who they are, what they stand for.... it's completely against the teachings of Christ.
