 I'm picking up a psychological pick axe and digging out a tunnel. I am honored with the awareness and opportunity that is me. That is making my health and happiness a priority. And if I falter, I will choose to keep going. I want this. I really want this. And  for the first time in a long time I can admit it.

I deserve to be happy.
