Instead I ended up at the dr's office on my weekly trip to have blood drawn so they can ( Read more... )

I don't know if you'll welcome this input. Feel free to let me know if this kind of thing isn't welcome in the future. I also had PCOS and had a lot of trouble getting pregnant. I just want to tell you that I am certain that glucophage had a LOT to do with me getting pregnant. Not only that, but if you have PCOS then you're insulin resistant and if you're insulin resistant taking glucophage can only help you to live longer. It will keep diabetes away longer and it will help your body cope with the extra insulin inside of you, delaying heart disease, kidney function issues, liver issues, cholesterol issues, etc. I can't say enough good things about glucophage. I've been on it for 15 years. I've been diabetic for 18 years -- probably longer, but I was only diagnosed 18 years ago. Because of glucophage I don't have any complications yet. YET!

I send you good vibes. I know how painful this is.

Thank you so much for your input, and your information. I am going to spend time in the next few weeks reading up on it, and I will be talking to the OBGYN on my appointment about it, and I think so far it sounds like a good idea. If you have anything else you can share about being on it, both pros and cons, I would love to know!:)

I just wish life could cut you a break, and let you enjoy your beautiful lives...

When my job cools off in June and July.. I really want to be able to do something nice for you.. I just don't know what yet. I'm still spinning in my own mess so I'm distracted.

Love always.. if you ever "chat" then let me know and we can hook up there sometime.

More to come.. hugs and love.

Let it out as regularly as you can. It's alright. It's your journal. Take care, sweetie.
