that's how i feel about cows and chickens. i think cows are sweet creatures, and i think chickens are just adorable.

Oh no, I don't think you are being a bitch, and I have nothing against you eating venison. And it probably is wonderful, and if I didn't know what it was, I would probably like it. What really just gets me as far as the whole hunting deer thing is the people who hunt and kill JUST to hunt and kill. Some of these people take out some beautiful creature and have no idea what to do with it, but they are oh-so-proud of themselves that they killed it. If the meat feeds a hungry family, and maybe the hide is tanned and used(though I know not everyone has the ability to tan the hide, but it would be great if they could, then the animal didn't die in vain, ya know? It's really the people who are *JUST* in it for "the kill" that I truly have issue with. So that's my real issue, and I would never hate you because your family eats deer. The Native Americans hunted all the animals around, but they appreciated the animals, and put every part they could to good use, and as long as someone does that, and is willing to acknowledge that the animal
