Ok. So we all know everything I go through, have been through, etc. But now I am going to tell you what has happened to other people who work at the nursing home in the past 6 months, and you tell me if you think the place is dangerous to work for or not!

I know the feeling. Around here, we've had the same type of stuff. My co-worker has had many health issues, my Dad (who is my boss) has had several issues of his own, and this year has just plain dealt the worse cards yet.

You've also had a bad past year. Hopefully we're at the end of this cycle of suck and on the way to another "high" time.

holy cow your employer is cursed!

i hope you feel better... when i hear about your job and how you feel afterwards, i keep thinking about this part time job i had in january that about kicked my ASS... i was so miserable and in SO MUCH PAIN and i only managed to do it for a month before dave said "okay you need to quit" (i was bringing in more money selling shit on ebay and craigslist so i was still bringing in income)... it wasn't even half as labor intensive as your job. you're a tough cookie! i admire that!

have you ever tried tiger balm? i was wondering how that'd work, but i thought it stained stuff so i'd have to be careful if i did.

I'm afraid I have never made a veil...and as for rockabilly stuff, I don't think I have ever done anything that preceisely fit in that category, but if you have an example I might try...
