Witty Observations?

 Customers. There's nothing like 'em. They're rude, arrogant, impatient...and yet when I try not to be these things when I'm the customer, I get blank stares in respose.

Am I the only person who still believes that the customer is always right? Even when they're not?

There should be a law to protect the employees' sense of mind. I'd go insane dealing with customers like that.
