thats horrible! But I can believe that they would do that. This should get sent out to the tv news agencies, one of them may be interested in doing this as a story.

The vid was sent to the local stations, both LA and Fresno, where the insurance company is yesterday. We're hoping to get the word out and around while we wait to see if they pick up the story (or to encourage them to do so.

I went to Gloria's website, and it referred me to http://www.amglaw.com/ for employment issues. So, I entered the 2 URLs in their contact form, stating this wasn't me but maybe they could assist or pass it to someone who could.

And who was the infamous lawyer that Julia Roberts played? hrmmmm...

Thank you for the resource. Kevin has representation at the moment, but I'm keeping that in mind if this one is as bad as the last one.

What I want to do is choke the living crap out of those insurance people. I'm very angry about this. When P gets home I am going to ask him what other media outlets he might know of that would get this story out. If you need write ups, excellent letters, he is your man.

Posted the short version on my Facebook, going to put the long version on my LJ.

While watching YouTube I saw a video about a different guy with paralysis (not work related) which pointed me to this link.

They help with medical costs but they may know where to go to help with Kevin's immediate crisis.

He absolutely, positively needs to call an attorney, post haste. He needs to get someone on his side who will call and slap a lawsuit on these criminals.

This is....I'm speechless. This makes me want to take a freaking crowbar and beat some people at that insurance company senseless.

He's actually on his second attorney- and this one seems much more on the ball than the last guy. It's just that the insurance company has done everything from canceling court dates to FIRING THEIR LAWYERS to cause delays- and Kevin's running out of time.
Feel free to phone the insurance company and shame them- that's what we want more than donations, really. (although what people give does keep him in the hotel a bit longer).
