I wanted to first thank everyone who has called, written, hoped, prayed or donated to Kevin. He's in a much more stable situation right now, and thanks to the donations he's been able to add to his own social security and he should be able to hold out till his next court date, the first week of January. Yeah- I feel like I'd better make an update before the rest of the month gets away from me. Very possible since this month has Cat's birthday and the costume making for Halloween. Hmm...
Today while running around getting errands done (new tires!) Chris treated me to a quick massage at the mall. $12 for 10 minutes is pretty reasonable, and it was so thoughtful of him. He knows I've been stressed, and he does his best to take care of me. It was kind of strange to be touched like that by someone I'm not intimate with though. And of ( Read more... )
