Tedious and long job applications

I am applying to a company which uses Taleo. And as I've already become very familiar with, it's a HUGE hassle, and a waste of time. Google tells me that I'm not the only one who thinks Taleo sucks. I'm frustrated and laughing at once. What is the point in attaching files if you end up having to fill out/correct everything by hand anyway?! Some

Oh, wow, that doesn't sound fun. Applying for that job sounds like a job in itself. :-/

But the great news is that when I applied to a second position to that company, all that info is saved, and that application went WAAY quicker yippee!
