My friend Hoshi committed suicide yesterday morning. I'm still reeling from the shock of it, although, like me, he has had a long battle with depression. He leaves behind two young children, a wife, her family and friends.
The reason that I am posting this here is that I would like to take up a collection for them. No pressure to donate, but if you are able and would like to, I will be selling origami lotus blossoms to help raise funds for his family.
