Ema, I'm sorry if this entry comes as something of a shock to you, but I hope that you will find it as exciting as I do.

I have to admit that, though I am very happy with my current position and tenure at the law school of Ivy University, I have often been given cause to reflect on the opportunities squandered before I came to this place in my life
