Yes it was very overgrown in places - impossible to get to alot of the graves, probably forgotten a long time ago. Many of the more tangled graves were only numbered without names etc.
wow. just wow. where was the sisyphus? thats a really odd thing to see on a grave, im intrigued (it might be soemthing else, another story, but if so that'd be interesting too) (yes, im probably gonna have talked before you see this. mheh.:)
Wow, those are great little insights and I love the angel. I wish I had photoshop installed already today (reinstalling everything today), as there is something I want to point out and ask you about--I'll have to do it tomorrow.
Glad you like...some more time, better lighting and more equipment would allow for some creativity, especially in the other half of the cemetery which we will hopefully visit next time (open by guided tour only).
Sure, drop me an email if you like...I am not too familiar with Photoshop though, I just play with it really...
Is that sisyphus? Pushing his boulder eternally up a hill? So indicitive of life, makes me terribly sad. I don't like the idea that the only glory we'll ever find is in very breif respite as things let up once in a blue moon.

It would've been interesting in a month or two with all the wild flowers out...

Wow, amazing imagery. Love the angel with her arm outstetched and the overgrown feel of it all.
