i've been here for 4 years and never really had that be an issue for me... but I suppose I can see if you're somebody who goes out of town a lot, then yeah, it would be a problem.

Me and the BF are wanting to pack our bags and move somewhere soon ourselves. He's made a graph of the top desired cities and ranked them in terms of best weather and most hippied. Looks like Seattle beats out Boston in both categorie.

I'll have to disagree with the hippie thing. Boston has a lot of activists, but that doesn't = hippies. Whereas the northwest, they'll protest if a politician farts too loud. Anywhere on the west coast is going to be more hippie-ish than the northeast, guaranteed.

Weather though, definitely more mild there.
