One of Miss Patchouli's friends introduced Flandre and I to another vampire here. She looked older, physically, but she also had blonde hair and red eyes.

...though how someone could ever mistake her for our Flandre is beyond me.

I think we're speaking of two different people. This one spoke in a very odd manner, as if she were from a different time altogether. Very old-fashioned, very formal.
