Personal Canon Meme

Some of this stuff is inspired by the stories of other authors. I tried to remember everyone, but if I forgot who you were, I'm sorry.

Personal Canon for NCIS
  1. Tony and Abby have a sibling relationship. They have from the start and that's actually why they didn't get along at first, but now he's one of her best friends.
  2. Tony would have left NCIS within six months if it hadn't been for Ducky.
  3. Ducky thinks the ideas that Tony gets from movies are great.
  4. Abby's glad that her dream wasn't about Tony.
  5. McGee honestly believes Tony is incompetent.
  6. The mystery of Gibbs's first wife never existed. Ducky and Shepard and Fornell knew and the psychologist and neurologist agreed on and noted the reason for his extended coma in Iraq.
  7. Gibbs left for the Marines at 18 and never went back.
  8. Gibbs was one of the youngest children in a big family. All of them are still alive.
  9. Gibbs did not have the perfect marriage with Shannon. That's what makes it so awful. It's why he took on failing relationships in the rest of his marriages.
  10. Shannon took a torch to his first boat. Kelly cried, but that could be because she lost her teething ring.
  11. None of Gibbs' boats have made it to the water. He has never actually sailed.
  12. Gibbs is thalassophobic. (That one is inspired by both crimsonquills and Nancy of the Tenth Muse.)
  13. Gibbs didn't want children. Shannon never forgave him for that.
  14. Tony wasn't really anyone in high school. Neither jock nor geek. He was just there.
  15. Tony's first serious relationship was with a girl in college. He had their 50th wedding anniversary planned.
  16. The only people Tony is in touch with from before NCIS are his frat brothers.
  17. Tony wrote a book once.
  18. Tony has a phobia of sailors.
  19. Abby's mother is haphephobic.
  20. Ziva knows she'll die alone.

Personal Canon for Supernatural
  1. Dean helped Sam with his schoolwork until Sam got to high school. (That's from janissa11.)
  2. Sam's first word was Dean and his first steps were towards Dean. (From a lot of people.)
  3. Just being evil would not make Sam kill Dean.
  4. Dean would never kill Sam for someone else. Only for Sam.
  5. Sam would choose normal over Dean even if he had to run Dean off. But it wouldn't work without Dean.
  6. If Sam had told Jess the truth, she would have left him. If he had showed her, it's still not a sure thing she would have stayed.
  7. Jess was partly a stand-in for Dean.
  8. Sam had a plan for normal and hunted down everything he needed to make it work, including Jessica. That's half of his guilt. (That's from poisontaster.)
  9. Most people John knew from before Mary's death think he's crazy. Deacon was one of the few that didn't. He didn't even ask for proof. That's half of what John owes him.
  10. John once punished Dean for playing guns with his friend Josh. He swore there would be no guns in his home. That's why Mike was so surprised.
  11. The mystery of the children and the demon is a lot more complicated than John knew. It's a lot more complicated than anyone knows.
  12. Neither Mary nor John knew anything.
  13. The Demon thinks that John is more dangerous than both his sons put together. John's pretty scary, but the Demon is wrong.
  14. Sam and Dean speak perfect Latin. Jared and Jensen do not. We are allowed to ignore details that are the result of the limitations of television.
  15. Ellen hasn't trusted Sam since he told her about the kids. She believes in destiny when it comes to the supernatural.
  16. Jo doesn't blame Sam or Dean, but now she knows not to trust them.
  17. Dean unnerves Missouri.
  18. Sam honestly doesn't get that Dean is smart (smart to him is book smart) or that he has self esteem issues.
  19. Dean always wanted the girls that said they wouldn't settle for him. (That's from rinkle.)
  20. Even though they don't know about the supernatural, people aren't wrong when they think Dean is crazy.
