I am stoked. I'm in my own brand of geek heaven right now.
Today I bought DesignWorks v12 which is a CAD/rendering/3Dmodeling program. I used AutoCAD, but VectorWorks (part of DesignWorks) is also an industry standard and it combines better lighting and rendering capability for 3D models than AutoCAD.
