Lunch For Two Part 2

Jaejoong gazed down at the new bento lunch box sitting on his kitchen counter that he had picked up on his way home last night.
Right now he was troubled.
Should he pack two lunches or just one lunch with two sets of chopsticks?
He worried his bottom lip with his teeth as he thought through his problem.
He didn't want to appear to eager or to desperate to Yunho for his attention.
Then again, he didn't want Yunho to think he didn't want to try for something more with him either.
Sighing, Jae nodded as he eyed his half filled lunch box wondering how much it would hold.
Yes, that's what he'll do.
His decision made, Jae packed up the prepared lunch of rice pancakes, more of the same kimchi from yesterday's lunch and a mix of plump strawberries, juicy mango and ripe papaya pieces.
He grinned at the neatly packed lunch, satisfied at his hard work.
He walked out of his house, heading to work, with a smile on his lips.
Four hours later and Jae was walking the same path back to the bench where Yunho was sitting right at this moment.
Jae stopped at a curve in the path that hid him from Yunho's view.
Looking down at his outfit, he wondered if he looked ok in his black jeans and pink button down shirt, unbuttoned over a light purple t-shirt with pink graphics on the front.
He raised a hand and pushed back his unruly hair.
Looking up at the sun, he smiled, who was he kidding. He looked fine and he knew it and continued walking towards his lunch date.
The sun felt like it glowed brighter today. The birds chirped a little happier, and the breeze more gentle than it had been.
Jae enhailed the sent of summer as he slowly sat next to Yunho.
Slowly he turned his head and smiled when Yunho grinned down at him.
"Hello. Nice to see you again." Yunho said as he leaned back his arm resting on the back of the bench, his body turned towards Jae.
Jae blinked slowly as his heart beat picked up, "I'm happy to see you again, too."
"So what's for lunch today?" Yunho asked as he eyed Jae's bento box.
Jae looked down at the box and bit his lip, "I only packed one lunch today." He looked back up and saw a frown come over Yunho's face.
Yunho stood, "Oh. Umm. Well, I guess I'll head off then." Yunho muttered sadly as he turned to walk off, until he heard the softly whispered,
"But, I brought two sets of chopsticks. I thought we could share from the same box today, like yesterday."
Yunho turned and saw the beaming smile that Jae was giving him.
He sat back down, lowering his head, he laughed out, "Ok, that was embarrassing." He glanced up to the fair skinned boy, "I'm sorry. I just thought that you had changed your mind about lunch with me."
Jae sat back and laughed with Yunho, "No. But, I was nervous about us sharing the same lunch again today. I thought you may not want to."
Yunho reached out and covered Jae's hand briefly, "No, I'm very glad that we can share again. I have no problems sharing the same lunch with you."
Jae grinned again. He felt like his smile hadn't left his face since the day before, and it just kept getting bigger.
He felt like he could be happy with this Yunho. He felt like Yunho would be a good man to him, and felt his heart get lighter at these thoughts.
Jae was glad that Yunho couldn't hear his thoughts, he didn't want the man to think he was being to straightforward or presumptuous, over stepping the bounds of courtesy.
He quickly opened their lunch and handed Yunho his eating utensil, which he took and sat aside, "I would rather share yours." He muttered as his cheeks turned red.
Jae cleared his throat, "Oh, ok." He whispered and picked up his chopsticks and picked up some of the pancake.
Jae watched as Yunho's lips wrapped around the wooden sticks and smiled. He would like to kiss those lips sometimes. He pouted when he realized where his thoughts where leading him and brought his mind back to safe grounds.
Yunho watched Jae as he took the food. He tilted his head as he watched the other gaze at his lips as if he wanted to taste them like some kind of indulgent delicacy.
He liked that look on Jaejoong's face and hoped to see it again soon.
Yunho leaned back as he watched Jae eat.
"You know, I've been watching you for some time now." Yunho said as he looked off into the distance.
Jae glanced over to Yunho, "Oh, really. Well, I've noticed you also. Since the first time you sat here, drinking your coffee. I thought you were cute." Jae could feel his face redden and knew it wasn't from the heat of the sun shining down on them.
Yunho chuckled as he watched the others face go pink. So open, he liked this about the man also.
Jae turned back to their lunch and picked out a really red strawberry with his fingers, offering it to Yunho.
Yunho looked at the berry in the slender fingers. Instead of taking the fruit from him using his own fingers, he took the boys wrist and brought the strawberry to his lips and bit into the juicy flesh, letting the sweet juice run over his fingers and some into his mouth.
He smiled when he noticed that Jae was gazing at his mouth again, his own lips parted, and his eyes wide.
Yunho brought Jae's fingers back to his mouth and took the rest of the berry along with Jae's fingers into his mouth. Yunho sucked the juice from the trembling fingers.
He removed Jaejoong's finger from his mouth and finished the fruit.
He moved his hand to where he was holding Jae's palm in his and raised the back of his hand to his lips, softly laying a kiss on the pale skin.
"That was the sweetest strawberry I've ever had." Yunho muttered.
Jae slowly tugged his hand free from Yunho's light grasp and brought it to his mouth, pressing his fingers to his lips.
If his heart was beating hard before, now it was out of control.
He struggled for the next thing to say and his mind was clearly a rebel to the fact that Yunho had stopped.
Yunho watched Jae and hoped that he hadn't made the man uncomfortable with his sudden actions. He didn't know what had gotten into him to do such thing to this guy he just met.
Yunho signed, "I'm sorry."
Jae's head jerked up, "No. Don't be sorry. I kind of liked it." Jae felt his face turn even redder then before.
Jae laughed lightly, as he took the chopsticks, fiddling around with them.
The park seemed to have suddenly gone quiet. It felt like they where the only two there.
"Yunho. I have to say this, before I leave here today." Jae paused, he was about to confess to this guy he had watched for two weeks. He felt like he already knew him and didn't have to worry about the getting to know each other period. Jae figured they could get to know each other more as they dated, if Yunho wanted to date him that is.
Yunho began to worry. Maybe Jae didn't want to see him again. He felt like he wanted to see him more often and more than just at lunch time, but all the time.
"I like you a lot. I want to get to know you more. I know we just met and all, but would you like to go out soon, like maybe tonight?"
Jae signed when Yunho didn't say anything. "So I guess you don't feel the same way?" Jae whispered sadly. Jae moved to stand, but was held back by a hand on his arm.
He looked over to Yunho and saw him smiling beautifully at him.
"Yes, I would like to go out with you. I would like to get to know you. To be with you. To always be with you. Is it to soon to say that I found the one I want to be with? Is it to soon to say that I can see us married in the near future?" Yunho asked as he leaned forward, "Is it to soon to ask for a kiss? Just a small peck. It will be enough for me." at Jae's small nodd, Yunho shyly touched his lips with Jae's.
Jae's eyes closed as he felt Yunho kiss him. It was better than he thought it would be.
Is this weird, he thought. We just met and here we are kissing, but it feels so right.
When they broke apart, Jae gazed into Yunho's eyes, "Yes, I feel the same way. I can see us together the same way as you do."
Yunho stood again, to help Jae to his feet.
They walked back to their shops hand in hand, smiling at each other, knowing that they had a lunch for two to thank for bringing them together.
And looking forward to a future of more than just lunch in a park together.
