A Jeeves/Wooster drabble

This was too short to be submitted in Yuletide Treasure for New Year's Resolutions, so I'm posting it here. It's a little something I was inspired to write while reading through the unfilled requests. It's for Leaper182, if'n she wants it. ~v_v~

Aww, this is great. I like it that this fairly innocent fantasy unsettles him more than the overtly sexual ones. I love this line:

Those are many and varied, although a common feature is a certain Mr. Wooster calling his name while inadequately attired.

Nicely done!

(And sorry--I accidentally posted this first as a reply to an earlier comment, so you're probably getting two notifications about it...)

Thanks a lot! I think that the power of desires for something sweet can be even more powerful than the carnal ones, because they're the things that would sneak in, bit by bit.

Oh, please tell me you're going to continue writing Jooster fic. It's perfect--in my mind's eye, this is Jeeves' fantasy.

And, quite possibly, Bertie's as well.

That is a sweet fantasy. I love the way Jeeves helps himself keep his distance by continuing to call Bertie "sir." This is lovely, you should write more!

Thanks, I will! I just like to think that there is a little something more behind Jeeves' adherence to formality.

The innocence is such a vital role in appreciating this piece. Also, it is very beautifully written and flows in a simple, suscinct manner where there doesn't have to be used big impressive words or fabulous detail. For the clincher, you get an A+, and I do look forward to seeing more of your work (I do assume you'll eventually be writing more Jooster? Maybe?) in future. ^^
