I think if your country can't afford to lose that money people who are in a position to change things will react sooner rather than later.

Everyone likes to feel charitable toward people less fortunate than themselves but I think your government will find that people are only so far inclined as long as it doesn't affect them in a negative way too. If it does things will probably be changed back by the results at the next election.

we will see what happens ya know cuz ppl is having a not very optimistic possition/opinion about how will things will go and if chavez will leave the government next elections or if he will take over as a dictator ... but as things have been going, one that goes deep into the country's situation will realize that something like that might happen yes, but for how long would it last?
