AIM Buddy List > Edit > Settings > Notifications: Check "My buddies sign in" and "my buddies sign out".

Lol that wasn't the correct dealie for my aim, BUT it got me tweaking around with it again and I figured it out! THANK YOU ANYWAY NICKPANTS!!! <3
