Alright so. Our main internet was down for like....weeks (we didn't know why but Tim kept procrastinating with fixing it.) So for the first time a few days ago I was able to connect to my home connection on my new computer. The problem is the connection keeps DYING FOR ME EVERY TEN SECONDS. I have to manually reconnect it every single fucking time

Just tell him that if you can't use the signal at home, there's no point in you paying for it. So either it gets fixed, or you stop contributing to pay the bill.

I don't know much about the networking side of computing, but you may want to try asking tech_support. Just don't post in techsupport or they'll lynch you. ;)
