Self isolation is destructive. I was not aware of this and with reluctance agree. I'm just not sure how to care.

Yes it is. We all do this from time to time. I know I do. So you are not alone in that. Take care and know that you are indeed loved and people do care. Some of us actually read your journal when you post in it too since we have no way of calling you.
