So now they want to place joey in a 'residential facility' to try to help him.

They want to take him away from me even though I didn't do anything wrong.

They are removing him from school and putting him in day treatment full time.

And I was able to confirm that my love life truly is every bit as dead as I thought.

Next?

Wow, that sucks. Although I don't think it's so much to take him away from you as it is to get him the help he needs. Frankly speaking, it's gonna suck, but if you fight the suggestions you're likely to end up in my situation. Hell, if they can take a kid from their mom because she asks about alternative cancer treatment, nothing will stop them from taking joey and placing him in care with or without your consent. Your best bet at this point I think is to go along with it, and if you don't see it helping then have him removed. If you remove him after giving it a chance, CPS won't have a leg to stand on if and when they get involved. Like I told you last night, just because they kick him out of school, doesn't mean you're off the hook- you are responsible for making sure he is educated whether you try another school or homeschool. At least in a residential place that'll be there responsibility. Although I wouldn't opt for Madison Center... try oaklawn if they get really pushy about this. But yea, do NOT tell them no, otherwise there is ( ... )

Can you leave the state and go somewhere with less crazy school administrators and CPS personnel?
