I've always wanted to have my own still. I'm talking about growing the hops and barley and fermenting it all myself. Make some good beer, shitty wine, whatever.

There's this vodka that is made in Maine right near my parents' house that gave me the idea. They make it from Maine potatoes. And it's delicious.

It can't be Gordon's Vodka. That's made in Lewiston. I think... It's the ass end of every joke up here ass far as nasty booze is concerned.

No, it's something like Cold River or Cold Creek or some sort of Cold body of water. I like it better than Belvedere or Grey Goose, I started drinking it because it's one of the few boozes my stepmother will still drink because she's allergic to wheat or something silly like that, so she drinks potato vodka.

Mmmm... riesling!!! My favorite!

I want to own a B&B in New Hampshire... that way, I'd get to cook, but don't have to be in a restaurant or something...

Yeah, riesling is Shannon's fave too.

As long as the B&B isn't totally seasonal, it's a good idea. The one my mom owns is Ptown costs her a lot of money some years. It's still worth it though. You meet a lot of interesting people.

It's definitely possible, by why wait 30 years? The guy who makes Newport Storm beer was at my house the other night (He's my sister's boyfriends friend) and my parents being big Newport Storm fans, treat him like Jesus. But anyway, he did that. Maybe you could try to get a job at the Newport Storm brewery or something, get a feel for how something like that runs and then down the line create your own.
