This test is from a weekly magazine named TONY. It's called "TONY's Test"!

I scored 118 points on the TONY "Essential NYC" Quiz! What about you?

It's a cruel test, and poorly designed in a few places (some of those fill-in-the-blank clues should allow for both singular and plural responses, as well as synonyms), but standardized testing is always a problem.

Yeah, but you probably got a whole bunch of points on the "What's the hipster listening to?" section!

Now that part of the test I really liked. I was able to reason out the ones I didn't know.

The very first one was the truffled-egg toast from 'inoteca (well, originally from 'ino). As soon as I saw it, I started salivating. It's really good stuff, especially with the optional caviar topping.

OMG, I can't take any more. I was at 65 after four pages, but it's just too horrible.

It's what happens whenever I take a test dametuckaberry November 2 2006, 21:47:50 UTC
It's why I've never been able to find out my IQ...

After the first 10 questions or so, I grow tired and realize that I have better things to do than take a stupid test proving how stupid I am (like commenting on peoples' livejournal blogs--so much more productive!) and start filling in dots at random.

Then I discover that the test has more than one page, and I quit.

It's a bit of a miracle that I made it through college.

So not only are you clearly smarter than me, you're also a good deal more patient.

I scored "8" before giving up, but didn't bother to see which random dots I got right.

113, but it counted "Fresh Kills" wrong when their answer was "Fresh Kills landfill."
