Hard to say. Magically getting her way seems like a decent description. She's given people both temporary and permanent abilities, has made impossible things happen like sakura trees blossoming four months early....

Nothing dangerous. But, back in our world, when she gets frustrated, she creates these gray areas of closed space. If the gray space isn't contained, it absorbs the universe and acts as a "new world."
