they look like little candies that i'd totally eat if they weren't made of glass. oh, and if they weren't so dusty. honestly, when did you make these? 14 YEARS AGO??? clean those off before you post 'em, ok?
/do i have to say i'm kidding? cause it's certainly implied...
It's probably stuff I can see that isn't easily seen by a casual observer. Such as the bead being the same radius from the hole all the way around, or being the same width all the way around from hole to hole. Or maybe the muse was just leaving me to fend for myself.
that's interesting and good. I have a lot of trouble fighting the urge to make all beads "symmetrical," and the fact you like two that are very "organic" instead is encouraging to me in my battle to not balance everything on every bead.
my tendency is towards the assymetrical (ask Erin, we had some interesting discussion about a christmas wreath one year) so for me, organic is very magnetic. I also favor smooth beads (I spend a third of my time in bead shops just feeling them - which freaks the proprietors right out) and I like those particular ones largely because there seems to be something happening still underneath the surface, if that makes any sense.
