I have been sleeping well these past few days, and so the sleep seems to go by quickly, before I know it, DLJ's iPod has lit up and started playing "Here Comes the Sun" to wake us up. free, chef-cooked, work food just rocks. i think i would work there just for that. : )

i usually only get a diet dr. pepper from the vending machine o' doom, only 25 cents, maybe once per week. strangely, there is nothing in that machine i want. they've got all the wrong kinds of crap! : )

i do fall prey to getting too lazy to pack and bring my own lunch - that results in a $3 trader joe's salad or trip to the taqueria, usually a few times per week.

a few weeks back i got ambitious, made a stack of sandwiches, froze them, and we grabbed them on our way out the door. this worked, actually... sammies were nice and defrosted but cool when we ate them - not all dried out or mushy.
