hey!! thanks for dropping me a message, it was nice to hear from you! sorry for the late reply, I haven't been on LJ much lately either... wow, I didn't know you were an actor! =P what play were you a part of??
I'm glad you told me about your poem! I just had to come and read as soon as I found out, and I'm glad I did =) This is a very lovely piece. It's sooo romantic! tehe and I loved the imagery and the personification of nature! It made for a very interesting and colourful read! A kind of melancholic tone at the end but I thought that's what made the whole thing more beautiful and kept it 'real'.
Glad to hear from you!lungsofliquidJanuary 10 2009, 08:18:39 UTC
I was in a play called "Christmas Belles"...and I'm auditioning for "Harvey" next weekend! YAY! LoL!
I'm glad you liked it! It was a moving piece to write! I love the ending tho! LoL! The poem is about a friend of mine...and "Lambda" is a term often used by Gay and Lesbian Groups! I came across it when I was looking something up, and it just fit so well! LoL! Hope to hear more from you!! Ciao!

really? I had no idea about the Lambda and its relation to gay/lesbian, that's pretty cool! but so...why is it fitting in this piece? and this friend of yours whom it's about...care to elaborate? lol I totally understand if you want to leave it at that...after all, the beauty of poetry is to let the reader imagine and create and get inspired....howeveeer, this one has got me totally intrigued, and I would appreciate the 'story' behind it! =D hehe
I absolutely liked the ending as well!! In no way did I mean to say that it was bad because the tone changes!! =P on the contrary, I think it adds a beautiful touch =)
