I have $152.75 dollars plus some cents saved up to buy a camera. I want to get a Nikon D40 because it's relatively inexpensive for an SLR and supposedly it's a really good in-transition camera from point and shoot to SLR. By the time I save up enough (like, $500), perhaps Samy's will have another really good kit deal.

Hmm, but I also want a 35mm?
