Yes, and later when Egg is King he banishes Bloodraven to the Wall (we don't know why), where he becomes a Lord Commander. There was a theory that Bloodraven is the 3-eyed Crow before the book came out b/c Night's Watch=crow, plus he has a bird (raven?)-shaped mark on his neck/face. He had a weirwood longbow and IIRC used magic? Or something like that. And also Bran's chapter just said he was missing an eye & the other one is red, which fits with Bloodraven's description (he was an albino who lost an eye).
Alas she did not improve by the end :( The only moment I really enjoyed was her riding the dragon. I GUESS I WANT MY CLICHE FANTASY AFTER ALL. But maybe this is what it takes for her to realize that ruling this side of the Narrow Sea will not work out for her. I just wish it hadn't taken a whole giant book or that she'd st LEAST had some means for sailing to Westeros at the end of it.

Yeah. I feel like after all of this nonsense, she'll be right back where she started at the beginning of ACoK... except with bigger dragons she can't control, and a lot more people who want to kill her. :/
Yeah no, it makes sense that they're his little birds. I just didn't understand why they needed to descend, knives and all, on a Kevan who was already pretty much taken care of. I guess they were there as backup and Martin just used that final imagery for extra creepiness.

Ha, the Grey Lobster! I like it. Can't stand him OR Aeron tbh but at least Aeron's mind is more fascinating.

What confused you about the children with the daggers? They're his little birds/spiders/whatever. At least that's what I understood.
